I have lodged a complaint about gas leaked from my fridge on 2nd July via call centre. After several reminders one technician visited my house without any gadgets to resolve the complaint on the 3rd Day. He just checked the details like model no serial number etc which I have already provided while lodging my complaint. Again yesterday I have contacted Ms. Pooja in your Call centre and she have confirmed that I will get a call yesterday before 8 Pm and the technical will visit my house on 6th July to solve the problem. But I didn't get any call or nobody visited my house. Today Morning one Mr. Ranjith from local service centre called us and informed that he will not be able to attend our case today as he is busy with other work. he told me that he will be visiting my house tomorrow ie after 6 days of lodging the complaint via Call centre. From the call centre I came to understand that your Turn around time to close the complaint is 48 Hours. please tell me
For Samsung is 48 Hours means a week
what would be your action plan if you couldn't close the case within 48 Hours
As per my understanding the local service centre is simply lagging the closure only because we have complained about the service centre through call centre. if it is So what would be your action plan?
Samsung is such popular brand but your service centres are doing such a ######## business and that is the reason why people are not opting your products. the performance of your service centres are not at all up to the mark even if it is in terms of mobile phones or in terms of home appliances.
