We bought refregirator on 29/10/2016 from Bajaj Electronics. When, I called customer care executive and spike to si called Shanmugha Priya cutomercare executive. And they promised to allot a technician to our place. His name is Erumula. when I called him first he said once he comes to our place he will call me. And I was waiting for him till evening 4 pm. when I called him again he said he already went back and sent another person. when I called back customer care they changed their stance sayin it will take almost 24 hrs to attend. I have bought this mobile phone on 16.10.2016. And after using 3 to 4days moderately i have faced some serious problem. Out of no where phone is getting switched off automatically and then switched on after 5 to 10 minutes by long pressing the lock button. I am very much confused.. Don't know what to do. Please help me..
