[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator failure, technician behaviour | |||
Recently due to power fluctuation, my refrigerator stopped working, after lodging a service request [protected], a technician named mohan (Mob : [protected]) visited my home when i am at office, as soon as he reached my home he called me up and said that compressor has failed, i am surprised with quick call (Call in 4 minutes after reaching my home), i asked what made you draw to that conclusion, He said i am expert i know what is the issue, He didn't even looked at the electricity failures, He collected 288 rs just for visiting. I repeatedly asked, what is that check you done to confirm the compressor failure, he arrogantly said he know the compressor failed. My question is Without power supply how can we conclude that compressor is failed? Was this information helpful? | |||
