With the reference to previous complain, today our fridge door is going to change, we got new door from company but while fitting it technicians found it faulty, it has bend, then he changed pcb & using both side tape he stick gasket, but still problem is not solved. Is this a right way for the problem.
We are fighting for last 3 months... But still company didn't find problem & not agreed to change the defective fridge.
Hopeless service, bad experience, technicians have no knowledge, company don't care customers, we lost money on very bad product of samsung refrigerator.
Now if company will give us new refrigerator then only we agree otherwise we are going to complain at consumer court... Was this information helpful? |
