Dear Mr.Hung
This is in reference to your email dated 08/11/2017 regarding my complaint for Samsung LED TV bearing UA50J5570AUMXL & Serial Number 0A2Y3ZSH200343B. .
Since 50 days I am receiving same reply that your company need to function in conformity to the company policies.
Yesterday I asks simple 3 questions in r/o your company policies ie.
• Samsung count guarantee period from date of purchasing the goods or from date of installation.
• What if delay of installation is due to SAMSUNG parts.
If customer demands to see JOB CARDS then SAMSUNG provide to customer or not, Since Jobcard is vital documents for customer in which he record his satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
Instead of getting simple and plain reply this time also I received same robotic reply. It’s seem in your office instead of human being some robot is sitting and always reply on behalf of customer care representative. Also it was quoted in your email that some telephonic conversation happened on 8.11.2017 after my email, was completely falls, no conversation took place between Samsung and myself on 8.11.17.
I don’t know you ie. Mr.Hong are viewing email or not, but in India if anybody write letter, email or twitt to Hon’ble Prime Minister then he himself reply on his own name, and I hope you don’t consider yourself above Prime Minister of India as far as you wants to do business here.
Second your customer care beliefs that all law abiding, policy lover person are only found in SAMSUNG company and rest of India don’t belief in law and policies.
Third, Being a Law Graduate from one of the premier university of this country, I needn’t learn from Samsung about rule, policies and law of the land .
We Indians are law abiding citizen Myself too, but by ignoring my rights you are trying to impose TALIBANI LAW.
Hence I accept direct reply of my 3 query, also since I am writing to you directly hence I can’t deal with ROBOT which are function with different name in your office, and I held you responsible for any injustice.

I make complaint to SAMSUNG INDIA, while service order no. [protected], First they assure me to change of panel under warranty later they starts demanding Rs. 30000 for change of panel. I tried to contact Mr. Ghosh service head of RAIPUR SAMSUNG INDIA, but Tech. of the company never provided his no. and told me he never talk to customer in service matter. I contacted each and every person in Samsung, but my issue didn't resolved, finally I lodge online complaint to consumer forum. It's annoyed them and closed my complaint. one tech. in evening informed me that they are going to close my complaint, If you desire lodge complaint again. He also told me that there is no gain in lodging complaint and writing email, Since Samsung is very big company and they are capable to manage everything and everybody including consumer forum.
The behaviour and attitude of Samsung is pathetic, and they are behaving in a manner how 150 yrs. back East India company was doing. How TV turns faulty after 14 months of purchasing and 11months of installing.
I am demanding Job card where date of installation is mention but till today they didn't provided me.
3 days back Hon'ble PM told the nation for stronger consumer protection law but till that time SAMSUNG INDIA torture the customer.
