[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator repair

Its been 2 weeks we have reported a complain for the repair of refrigerator, a person came and inspected and said he will bring the parts soon but its been 10 days no response from them, and no one is picking up the phones at samsung service centre and no one has come to repair very bad service. If this is my experience i will never suggest samsung again. Please do the needful orelse i have to escalate it to next step.
