I have a samsung double door refrigerator which stopped working on 9th july 2017. I called up the complaint department and was given a service order number [protected] on the same day and was confirmed that the service technician would call me the very next day. I never got a call from the technician and when i followed up with the complaint, i was given the name and contact of the technician (Ravi) who was assigned the complaint. Next 2 days i kept trying to reach the technician without success and the only response from the complaint section was that the technician would call me by 8pm next day. Eventually on thursday (July 13) a new technician was assigned who came for inspection and confirmed that the compressor is not working and a fresh complaint number will be raised and the compressor shall be replaced in next 3-4 days.
On 17th i called up samsung complaints again to understand the update and by when my refrigerator would be rectified. To my utter surprise, i was informed that my issue has been resolved by the technician and i was forced to raise a fresh complaint (Service order number [protected]). The next day i called up again to understand the status and my worst fears came true when the same unresponsive technician (Ravi) was assigned. I have since then been calling up daily (The comlaint department - and ravi) and have got the standard response "that the technician will call by 8pm" and no prizes for guessing that mr ravi has never bothered to call nor pick up our call.
Dear samsung authorities, i am out of my wits and have no other option but to take this up here in a public forum for the callus attitude and service delivery.
If samsung is not interested in complaint redressal, i suggest you to kindly let the consumer know so that the consumer can take appropriate action.
