I bought a samsung refrigerator rt37m5538s8 on 21/06/2018. From that day on wards, the freezer section works. The fridge section is not working. I have complaint to samsung customer care. They send a person. He told that the fridge has electronic board problem. I informed to the supplier. He said the faulty fridge is supplied.
I do not want the faulty fridge. I need new bridge should be replaced immediately. The money shall be refunded.
We trust samsung so much. How samsung deliver such a faulty product to a highly paid customer. The supplier behave very irresponsible way.
