[Resolved] Samsung India — Refused for service and threatened to kill | |||
I'm dammed to see exceptional service at samsung service centre in ajmer (305001), where they refuse for service & threatening customers to kill and called up more goons to show their potential for violence, i request please do something about these kind of service centre. I have purchased a samsung device few months ago, when i revisited the service for the same reoccurring issue and urged them for permanent resolution, then they reacted very violently & refused for help. There muslim service centre manager called up his more muslim goons and threatened to tear us apart. Was this information helpful? | |||
