[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding Mental Harassment Non qualified samsung engineers

Regarding service station there is no qualified Enginers they don't know how to resolve problem " I was purchases Note 4 and i am business man i was spend 54 000 rs after One and haf year there is some issue Note 4 is not working without power better is alwayes full . in jodhpur service centre is not resolved my problem after 3 days they are saying better is not working then why take three day ? after they are saying please we replce the better come and take it . when i was reached they are saying we dont have bettery . i am really fed up please dont by any samsung product becouse after sale services is very poor

Updated by Dilip Nathawat I was submitted my note 4 samsung authorised station they are saying after 3 days they tell me what is the problem and three days i was held up my work and i am business man they are not provid me any stand by and they are not menaion evon job order number just tell me what i will do those days i was lose my business how people are trust on samsung and services imei no [protected] custumer number [protected]
