[Resolved]  Samsung India — Regarding power bank and memory card fake products supply and fooling the customers

On repeated reminder and complains our issue is unresolved since many days. Hereby requesting the respective authority to resolve the issue by arranging a pick up and refund the amount at earliest.
I tried your help desk number which is found to be not working since many days and even no reply to our complain-mail.

Its a very unfortunate and disappointing experience and may lead to legal issue if issue is not solved. You are breaking the customer's trust.
