Kindly note my complaint and refund the amount at earliest. On repeated reminder and complains our issue is unresolved since many days. Hereby requesting the respective authority to resolve the issue by arranging a pick up and refund the amount at earliest. I tried your help desk number which is found to be not working since many days and even no reply to our complain-mail. Reference id - [protected] and amount is 898 Customer name dipak bangar Its a very unfortunate and disappointing experience and may lead to legal issue if issue is not solved. You are breaking the customer's trust. Kindly resolve the issue by refunding the amount or sending a original working product at earliest. Reply awaited, Thanking you.
