[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding to samsung mobiles | |||||
On 14/10/2016 i had puchased new samsung j2 6th edition mobile phone within 8 days it heating very much and due to this heat i lost my sim cards and memory card(it has been melted). when i went samsung service center they did'nt refunding my amount, i dont want this samsung mobile it producing a lot of heat, it causing danger to my life while using(no guarentee when it will blast). i cant take any kind of risk by using this type heat producing mobile. please help me sir... do a quick action sir, it will very helpfull to me Was this information helpful? | |||||
