Samsung replace my display
On 25th October 2016 i went to service center as i have been noticing a pink color line in my display of my phone samsung s7 edge which is under warranty.
After checking the phone completely by technician i was said that there is internal fault in display & at present display is not in stock.
He said he it would be replaced within one week & placed order for display to company
In due course my phone occured damage on screen.
After a week when i went to customer care i was said that the pink line is occured bcos of external damage from my end.
On 25th Oct technician agreed that pink color line in display is not bcos of external damage. It is the fault in display.
My conversation with customer care executive Mr Rajsekhar on 6.11.16 & to Mr.Ashok on 8.11.16 & to supervisor mr Vijay on 9.11.16 On Ref no [protected] are into vain
Samsung my phone was under warranty when i came to your service center. The pink color line in display was showing on my first visit to your service center which ur technician has checked thoroughly n ordered for display.
There was no external damage during that time. Kindly clear the pink color n give me.
