Maine date 29/03/17 ko samsung on 7 mobail kharida tha jiska earphon kharb ho jane se date 08/07/17 me satna services center earphone bapas karne gaya tha jaha par mujhse kaha gaya ki earphone replce kana he to phone bhi sath me jama karna hoga tb me bola ki earphon kharb he to phon kyu jama karna hoga. Or kon sa role he jiske karan earphon kharb hone pr phon jama karna he. role book magi jo uske duara nahi di gai. Or help line number[protected] par bat karne ko kaha gaya. To mene help line number par bat ki jispr kapil naam ki ladke ne bat ki. Jiske duara bhi mujhe role nahi bataya. Or www.samsung.com_in per complaint krne ko kaha gaya.
