Samsung India — Request to arrange some senior technical and need strong action to fraud service centre bimal enterprises bhiwadi & service engineer. | |||||
I had purchased samsung washing machine, model code wf550b0bkwq/tl from reliance digital, capital mall, bhiwadi on 04/05/2015. Serial number is w0145pcd701045h. After almost one year on 12/05/2015. My washing machine stops working. I had made complaint at samsung customer care, who had arranged service engineer from ‘bimal enterprises’, bhiwadi. Service engineer (Naresh sharma, [protected]) visit at my house on 14/05/2016 and told me that warranty of my machine is only one year and which is finished. He had charged me rs 450 as a visit charge and rs 600 advance due to my main pcb is faulty. On 23/05/2016, service engineer visit at my house again and replace main pcb and charged me rs 4500. I have receipt for both the payment i had made. On 26/06/2016, my washing machine again stops working. I had called the same service engineer and explain my problem. He had visited my place on 27/06/2016. He again said that main pcb is faulty of my washing machine faulty. He told me that “there is no warranty on spare parts so new pcb need to purchase at customer cost or he can repair it with nominal charge approx. Rs 1000. I am very much worry because i already spend so much amount in just one month and cannot afford to buy it again. So i agree to repair and give him rs 1000. On 01/07/2016, service engineer called me that pcb cannot repaired and he will replace it with discounted charges and he visit at my house again and replace main pcb and charged me rs 500 more (Including drainage pipe replaced). He suggests me to use stabilizer to stop this problem repeated again. So i buy v-guard stabilizer vm-500 for washing machine at rs – 3500. Yesterday on 17/07/2016, my washing machine again stops working; i am totally frustrated and call samsung customer care. Who told me that there is no complained registered till the date and my washing machine is under warranty (2 years). I shocked!, i spent so much amount of money already and my washing machine is still under warranty. Now two request from samsung india: - 1) request you to arrange some senior technical from ‘samsung’, who can found actual fault in my washing machine and repair it permanently. 2) i need strong action to that fraud service centre and service engineer and need my money back which i spend till the time. (I have receipt of all amount i had pay except last visit). Otherwise i will file case in consumer court for fraud against ‘samsung india’ and ‘bimal enterprises’, And also highlighted the case in media via newspaper etc. Total spend - on 14/05/2016 = rs 1050 On 23/05/2016 = rs 4500 On 01/07/2016 = rs 1500 Stabilizer cost = rs 3500 Grand total = rs 10050 Was this information helpful? | |||||

I went to farrukhabad service centre of samsung to submit my mobile but they returned me twice saying that their is no electricity
