[Resolved]  Samsung India — Resolve query for bill number [protected] regarding delivery of cheque

Dear sir,

With reference to my bill number [protected]. As per my previous discussion with customer care executive, my cheque has been approved on 26/10/2016 also it got dispatched. When i talk this issue today i got insufficient information regarding dispatch and delivery date also i got ref no [protected]. The process is taking to much time & creating inconvenience. I want to know exact status also tentative date of delivery of my cheque. Also request you to resolve this query as earliest as possible.
