Samsung India — s10+ poor product quality | |||
I have bought s10+ phone approx 3.5 months back and it has developed technical error which needs complete pcb replacement. This is shocking that most premium phone of samsung develops problem within few months. I have demanded complete refund but the samsung escalation desk is offering only 12 months warranty extension. I am taking the case to consumer court and ensures that these organizations realize the potential of indian consumers Was this information helpful? | |||
