Hi,
I have purchased s7 edge in the month of january and was given the offer s7 edge screen replacement for 990 one time.
Now when i have issue with the screen your service centre is denying and saying not valid.
Why was this offer given to me in first place by your samsung store - buddy retail private lmt, rajouri garden.
Being a customer i need to be given this offer for one time replacement, pathetic service team and the service manager named yatin chabbra gurgaon head office, he is arrogant and doesnt understand the issue. Not have even proper skills to resolve my query and was very blunt for the repair.
I am not satisfied with the reply and service samsung people are giving.
Why cheating customer and selling s7 egde if you can't afford to give offers to the customer,
If quer not resolved my next move will be consumer forum and strict action against samsung brand gurgaon and rajouri garden branch, Was this information helpful? |
