Dear sir, I bought 2 ACs of Samsung on 5th April'16 and have been asking the dealer to get the same installed but my call was not attended till 19th of April. Finally on 20thApril it got installed by Samsung engineer for which i have bill also, but after the installation it was not working properly. I raised calls but none was attended & on 27th evening i realized the my AC has stopped working. I called the customer care & raised the call again i received the SMS with the contact number engineer when i called him he said I am out of staion.. After waiting i got a call from someone saying i need to visit your home to check the same after telling him that i will be at home by 6PM he refused to come that time. Sir, I have spent my money on the worthless product, even after complaining to their website and calls and telling them that the product if defaulty they are not giving any solution to the same. I have the complaint numbers but none of them is attended. I request you to please help and advise a solution because they are not taking it seriously at all. Their service is very slow please advise me i want to raise a complaint against Samsung product Was this information helpful? | |||
