Samsung engineer have visited my house on 14.05.2016 and informed me that there is problem in the compressor and I have to send the compressor to workshop for repair. Since, the compressor is under warranty I sent the compressor to your work shop for repair. Today again their engineer called me and told that there is no problem in compressor, its small capacitor change, their engineer while visiting my house have wrongly given the information. This small job could have been done in my house, there was no need to take the compressor. It caused of 10 days and I am yet to get my compressor back to my house. Now they are charging Rs. 3000 for this. This job could have been done in Rs 1000. Samsung shall clarify the reason for such erratic behaviors of their service center.
