[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung delivers defective AC | |||
I brought a samsung 1.5 ton AC from Bajaj Electronics on 28th of March. After lot of follow up the service engineer came for installation on 1st May. When i switched on the AC, the AC was not working and giving me an error code ( E 154 error). I called the service engineer back and he came back on 2nd to check the AC. He said there was a problem with the AC Unit and that the technician will come and check it. On Monday, a technician from Samsung visited and told me that there is a problem with wiring in the AC unit and this will have to be replaced. He promised to help. I did not get any calls for next two days and i kept following up with the call center. After many followups, i was told that the complain has been logged and the service engineer will come and visit. It is already 11 days since i purchased the AC and i have not heard back anything. I would like to get my money back and also get compensation for all the trouble. I work in an MNC and my son is appearing for board exams this year.
