Dear sir i am Neelofar and use samsung mobile from last 3 years and purchase a samsung galaxy A7 mobile in Nov 2015 and found few problems in mobile like its screen heating and mainly face problem in back camera not clear and pics not clear in comperation of other Samsung galaxy A7 and when i go service center of samsung they only doing format the mobile and update it but still problem not solved and mobile not more then 3 month old Dear sir i want to need full help and want to change my mobile from company becuase screen heating problem is very risky for my health when its battery get blast we can not say so i request you to please do need full Regards NEELOFAR [protected]
