Samsung India — samsung galaxy a70 phone issue | |
Dear sir i have purchased samsung galaxy a70 phone at 24th july 2019 from day one i am facing technical problems in this device. Lots of follow ups my phone sub ppa board replaced. After replacing the board the issues is not resolved. After that the service engineer replaced my earphone. My phone back cover is opened almost 7 times for the issue. My phone back cover is not fixed properly. Due to this lots of dust forming in side the phone. I called your chennai head office person and informed the issue but they are not support on this i request you to kindly take this phone back and replace with another phone.
