My device Samsung Galaxy E7 is having an issue with videos playing on Youtube, Facebook and other online sites. I have taken the device to Samsung service center in Tenali during the first month of purchase, the problem is not resolved, I have again given the device for service during march, even then the problem is not resolved. I have taken the device to the same service center today (04.07.2016) but I am facing the same problem. The service center people are just updating the software and not doing anything more to resolve the issue. The representative at the Tenali service center is rude and is not ready to take the device again. He is using very abusive language and do not have any respect towards his customers.
