Hi, It's been more than almost one month since I prebooked for Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Device and there is still no sight of it how long would it take to be shipped. Moreover, the amount that I paid at the retail store cannot be refunded back to me. I mean that's pathetic. If you can't fulfill your promise then why are we at fault. Why do I have to suffer with my money because of your world wide issue with new phone launch. How are you going to pay back me for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Well the case is same with Samsung estore, they have don't even respond to emails and don't bother, wish our country would also had tough laws like USA, I can understand the issue can happen to anyone but not even keeping customers posted is just irresponsible. in USA their CEO gave out apology and in India these imbeciles don't even reply to a mail.
