[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung Galaxy S6 | |||
This is to infrom that 27/09/16 in afternoon my samsung s6 phone got highly heatup and got switch off. it was so hot we cannot touch even. it may burn. only one blue light was billing.its display was loose from left of top corner. after that the display got crack.i have submitted the phone in service center. i am facing the problem from so many days or months. i have mail the same on CEO desk but no body is responding.hope you can understant the problem.every day i am calling to custmercare but no response. When I call to service center your phone is ready please collect it from service when I go to service center they says no. On 19/10/16 I got the single call in one month period and they says we cannot repair your phone under warranty. They are harrashing me from last 2 or 3 months. my humble request to you please look into the matter and please do the needful. my job sheet no is-[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
