This has reference to the complaint logged yesterday at the call center for the repair and checking of washing machine three times and confirmation of the executive number and confirmation sms too
On calling the number of the service engineer he denied and said he is on leave today. Understanding the situation we updated the call center today and they said another engineer would be allocated but no avail. Till now no confirmation for the last 36 hours.
Is this the speed of contact and resolution by samsung even when the customer is doing the follow up and paying for the visiting charges and parts replacement and labor for repair.
I guess what would be happening to people whose products are in warranty. This is the last purchase i would make for any consumer durables from samsung.
Pathetic response and bad action or no action taken
Can someone wake up and get the job done

Today a message is received that your query has been resolved to your satisfaction without even attending the complaint.
What service does samsung provide. Closing complaints even without resolving.
