This phone is very bad i have face lot of times problems in this phone in this phone screen was dark black two time, many time i approach customer care center, they do only software but problem stay same . Now again facing screen touch problem . I again aproach to customer care, he said lunch time contact later, ' i said wats your lunch ti mining, " he said no timinig as per convenience we take it, caontact latter . It was 3:15 pm. I again contact to customer care, one girl she said, ' aje heet te laya nai a saam nu dasange . 3:20 pm . I was submitted my phone 26 june late eveining 6:00 pm .But till they are not touch or open the handset, or replied very hard . Thi phone was purchased last year near aug, till 4-5 times i face major screen problem .Now his warranty going to be lapse, so now i m worry how it will be safe in future as this conditions .
