Sir i purchased j2 16 mobile of samsung in the month of august 2016 after using it for two months it stopped functioning and its display screen was damanged due to over heating but the customer care centre of the samsung at gandhi nagar told the phone is damaged due to shock which is not true. company is not accepting the built in defect of the phone. the ime no. of phone is [protected]. bill no.
