Sir/Mam, I am Mr. Balasaheb Jeevan Patange, Mohol, Cell No[protected] Dist -Solapur . I am Purchase Samsung J2 Cell Phone Sr. no.RZ-GCOKTQHE .But Some days Cell phone is Foulty.so i am contach samsung care (Raviraj Communiction, Solapur) and cell phone submitted for replace .date is submmited[protected].I am may time telephonic contact company and service center. but till date this device is not replaced to me . Sep 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved sir/Mam i am submitted complaint some days ago, but my Samsung device till date not replace to me. i am not interested in this device .so Company refund this device price.Because company and Service Center is not respond to my issue. so fast any action this company.
