Samsung India — Samsung j5300 smart tv | |||
Hi, I purchased a Samung LED Smart TV J5300 48" inch on 6 Nov 2015 from Army Canteen delivered on 20 Nov 2015 and after 2 weeks i saw there was a scratch on the screen i called the dealer 3 A Electronics authorised dealer of CSD Lucknow they said to call Samsung ... Now Samsung is saying that why the complain was not within 2 weeks now nothing can be done... Then i emailed my complained to CEO office and i got a call from CEO office i was sure enough that atleast they will do something but despitebeing so assured i got very dissappointed with the same answer that why i didnt complained within 2 weeks. This is very easy for a company which spends millions in their advertisements but when it comes to credibility and sattisfaction to the customer they never pay attention this is so ridiculous companies like Samsung are ditching and delivering defected piece then where the customer should go ...
