I bought a phone last year June, 2016 and it started creating problem before the warranty period ended. Battery drains out at 30% and phone gets switched off. I showed it to the service centre and they mentioned there is no problem with the battery and they updated the phone. When I got phone back, the problem wasn't resolved and now the phone was getting switched off at 45-50%. When I showed them, they mentioned that it is not under warranty period and I will be charged for the battery issue. When it was under the warranty period, they did not rectified and now they are telling me to pay. They were waiting to finish off the warranty and charge the customer.
