[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung mobile a5 2016

Sir,

My phone is under warranty. 2 months back only its vibration motor was replaced by samsung service centre, but after that its screen started flickering.

I went to service centre again after some days, but they reduce to take phone under warranty as thet said that its board got water marks, but actually that board having some marks due to previous service work. It was not due to water.

I dont know what to do with such service centre.. Its tonk phatak service centre of jaipur.

My phone still has 1 month warranty and they make it out of warranty without any reason.

I am waiting for your response, as i didn't get any positive feedback from you.

Previously i was trusting Samsung service centre, but now they disappointed me.

Hope i will get a solution today itself.
