Hi team, I have purchased samsung mobile galaxy a9 pro in reliance digital store in kottapet hyderabad and i have done the insurance on same day with samsang ex-cutie boy referd with insurance people who is setting in reliance digital store. Insurance name oriental insurance that boy has not give proper details after 5 months display has been broken then i went to reliance digital store and discussed with that executive, he has saying that insurance will not be covered till one year you have to replace the display by paying the amount after u can claim the reimbursement 1 st year, after one year insurance company will replace it seems.
