This is regarding quality/technical issues with note-5 that i am using from last few months
Please note down point issues in my handy
1) screen starts flickering when in use.
2) phone starts ringing without sim and even after switched off
3) exponential heat up issues
4) repeated hang up once self-upgradation.
5) some times have to switched off the phone to get it back on track.
6) battery backup is very low.
I went to service the phone at shastri nagar centre and all the above mentioned problems have been confirmed by service guys (My service reference number is [protected].
As per the service team they upgrade my phone and know the phone is okay & no replacement is possible.
Just to add the phone has been purchased on 28th of june-2016 (Still under warranty) & within a span of 1 month other problem was observed.
After 1 month samsung replace my phone with new phone as of note 5 and after using this phone for few months, i am facing the same issue.
Know i can’ accept the repair of my phone as it will simply devalue my product & there is huge risk o[censored]sing the repaired phone or replaced phone again and again.
I am pretty clear that my phone has a serious quality issues & know i needs immediate refund of my money (Repair wont suffice the purpose) because i really don’t want to go for further repair or replacement of my phone.
I seriously don’t have time to take my phone for service again and again and that too when i was not in india. Last you assured me i will not face any problem with the replace one, but unfortunately i am.
Requesting all the concerned to look into this matter on top priority & get my money refunded without any further delay or else you are going to lose your loyal customer once for all.
Immediate response will be highly appreciated.
