Samsung India — Samsung refrigerator-compressor under warranty not replaced | |||||
Hi, This is related to my samsung refrigerator in which the compressor was not pumping in the gas, so after i called up the samsung service center people the so called company engineer came and enacted for an hour as though he is trying to modify things and ultimately said that the compressor is fine but the other parts are not. since the other parts were not in warranty period and then after all this in the end he said that tehre is internal damage in refrigrator and you can dump it now. Is this how samsung values and serves the consumer. i was utterly dissapointed with the complete feedback. Was this information helpful? | |||||
