[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung Refrigerator Door Issue | |||||
I have raised an complaint about refrigerator's door not getting closed properly on 05-Apr-2017 against the reference number [protected]. Daily same story, morning engineer or support centre team calls and says that some one will visit and fix the issue and by end of the day, once again we get calls and they end up promising for next day. We even escalated the matter to "Samsung's CEO" desk to get some engineers on job, but no luck. It means that even CEO desk doesnt have control over service station engineers or Samsung is waiting for some more damage to happen, so that they can loot me better.
