I am having problem with my samsung tab a's charging adapter,
Recently on 28th of apr (Friday), i visited one of samsung service center,
This guy at the desk, check and agreed to me that the issue exist with charger
But the servers were down that day so he unable to logged the complaint,
When i ask him about another service center so in the answer he replied that the service center in all over india will be down because of this server issue.
As 28th of apr was the last day of my charger's warranty, so i logged a complaint regarding this to the customer care #[protected]
This guy on call said, he escalated the issue and i will be getting resolution in 24 hours
Today (Monday) i got a call from samsung senior team member and he is denying to replace my charger as the warranty expired.
As this server problem is nothing to do with me and i also logged the complaint when the warranty was still intact.
How can samsung refuse to replace the charger by saying its against the policy
This behavior is completely unacceptable.
Samsung should replace my adapter with a new one. Was this information helpful? |
