[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung s3 gear | |||||
Sir, I purchased an s3 gear online on samsung shop dated 25 august 2017 my order id[protected] however i request order cancellation since it was 2000 /- cheaper in amazon shopping. I have received an acknowledgement mail for order cancellation along with email confirming refund has been initiated however no one is taking responsibility more the money to be returned. Its been more than 9 days since i was notofied about the return and when i speak with samsung they ask me to speak with my bank with giving me any paymnet transfer details such as urt number for my bank to trace teh money Please assist Regards Abhishek khanna Was this information helpful? | |||||
