[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung s4 mini - motherboard problem | |||
2 years before i purchased samsung s4 mini mobile. I kept that mobile like a baby. Still no scrach, but 2 months before mother board is gone. (I dont know what is the problem). Even local brands are having atleast mother board warrenty. The service centre is asking 8000 rupees to change mother board. This is not very high, So i am not able to put the mobile in exchange. After rising complaint here, I lose almost 1 day in service center and Rs.177 for service. But still no solution.

The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.
