My complaint to customer care samsung n conversation with executive rekha at headoffice delhi & executive mr eshwar at authorised service centre samsung ratna electronics abids hyderabad in month of october & november are in vain
On friday 16th dec i got a call from samsung service centre new delhi/gurgaon executive rekha tanvar said me to go to same samsung authorised service centre (Ratna electronics abids hyderabad) n replace the display
(Manager mr eshwar from ratna electronics, was in conference call between me executive mrs rekha samsung & agreed to replace display on call on friday 16th dec 2016)
When i sent my executive at the place mr eshwar refused to change the display saying it was external damage & doesnt cover under warranty
I would like to mention
》》 the same phone was given to ratna electronics where there was not any physical damage, after checking display was ordered by executive mr eshwar.
The service centre has photos of my device without damage.
They agreed the pink color line is bcod on internal issues in the phone & not bcos of external damage on the phone
Now they said that ponk color line is bcos of external damages.
Request samsing to check. The issue & repair the pink color line occure due to internal issues covered under warranty as said warlier at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
