At the time of purchase dealer assured that rs 5000 will be back(given) by company and glass is unbreakable and after 2 months I did not get back my 5000 and glass was broken and now dealer is saying we are help less therefore I am filing this complaints that
1 give me rs 5000 as was promised by dealer
2 replace this phone with new phone

customer reference no is given as [protected] and asking to submit the phone for repair where as dealer assured that set will be replaced and no talk regarding 5000 cash back
