[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung tv installation | |
I have purchased samsang 80 cm (32 inch) full hdtv model number 32m5100 online from flipcart on 07.10.2017 with free installation and demo. As per sms received from flipcart on 10 oct. 2017 & from samsung on 11 oct 2017, service engineer kishor mobile no.[protected] has been assigned against order no.[protected] for installation on 12 oct. 2017. However, he has reported only on 14 oct. 2017 after several requests but he hasn't installed tv stating that model is new and it will be installed only after confirmation from company till date, he has not reported. After contacting, he said company has not yet confirmed.in the meantime samsung has sent message that installation request has been cancelled.
