[Resolved] Samsung India — Screen touch problem for samsung galaxy j7 prime | |||||
I purchased samgung galaxy jy prime from imphal and and was told that for any problem occuring within 14 days my phone will be replaced. But on the second day itself i the coplain about the screen touch problem and ask the shopkeeper to replaced my mobile phone. But he told me that you have to go toservice centre for that. But i will not go to service centre as i was told that the phone will be replaced within 14 days. If i am not satisfied with the set. It should be replaced.
