Dear sir, regards, I have purchased samsung a7 smartphone on 28 oct 2016. It started giving me trouble since long. It hangs up on various occassions. O ognored. Many a times it is very slow while downloading. Since last 2 months its censor is not working, it goes on hold automatically while on call. Took too much time for charging. Please help me out & let me know your authorise service centre. My handset is still in warranty period. So i would like to request your kind honour to please replace my handset.
