Dear sir/ madam,
Yesterday i note a complain about my refrigerator (Cooling not working) on samsung customer care toll free no.[protected]. But till now no any response from company side. From i yesterday ti till now i call 7 time in customer care. Thay told me that your complain forward to the service center. Service engineer call you and solve your problem but till know no any call from customer care. Yester i got a sms from company and received a engineer name akash (M. No. [protected]). When i diel this no. I know that this no. Is does not exist. Please take a action on customer care center (Bikaner) rajasthan. And solve my problem.
