Samsung India — service center not responding after taking rs-1000/- advance | |||
I am at tamilnadu for some work i don't know tamil. I call samsung customer care to repair my microwave. They receive my request and give me this request no-[protected] on dt-21/7/2019. On 22/07/2019 i got a message on my mobile mr. Senthil kumar with mobile no. And mr. Senthil visit my home, check the microwave and tell it will cost 2000 or 3000 rupees for which you have to give rs-1000/- as advance. I give him rs-1000/- and next day some other service engineer came me and came my home at night 8.30 with the spare parts. Again he check with the new spare part but it doesn't work so he told if you want to repair it will cost rs-5000 to 6000/-. I told i will purchase a new one don't repair, return my advance money. He told ok i will inform my office they will refund. After that i called so many time to customer with this reference no-[protected], [protected], and the senior officer also discussed with the servicing centermr. Govindraj and me in conference call, they promise me to refund my money with in 2 to 3 days but till now know one came. When ever i am calling to service center they told monday we will refund the money. And i am waiting for the manday. Was this information helpful? | |||
