Samsung India — Service not done in a proper manner

Dear sir
i manjunath a kulkarni
i had given my samsung a5 handset to service in belgaum (cosmic service center), on 15.04.2016, due to home key not working.
on 21.04.2016 i get the call from service center that handset is ready, so i step to cosmic service center near fish market belgaum, and i received my handset, but it was not in good condition
1) back flash light. cover was missing
2) back sid top and bottom side was in a bobbled shaped paces on it
3) handset getting heating know, previous it was not

know i am asking to service people there are not agree to it, simply they are making issue to me.
so i am requesting to please resolve my issue
