I bought sbs refrigrater model 21hstpn dated 31.5.15.
Worst experice with samsung product in the three year o[censored]sage i made complaint every year cooling not proper in the freezer side but your technical dept. Trained to make customer fool. After raining then cooling gets proper auto mode it happend in too hot days inforned by tech.
But this year we had problem n the both side. We made complait before 1 month some days back. My dad is doing follow up your service eng. N customer care exexutive or many peoples.
He so stressed about how can a company take their customer so lightly they spent money 68000. I lost my dad becos of this tension n truma given by samsung team.in the hit summer season we struggle for water food for every thing now lost our dad.
Your eng. Came refil gas but still not working we paid service charges n gas filling charges. After some days an other eng. Visit our place motor fan ot working then said part not available after many days he came i did some thing then again refrigrator not working
Followup with ms indu and many of your customer care exe called to know about complaint. Still not working it is like kuda or can say waste of rs 68000. Infact in those we faced alot of problem called other company tech for check but every one says this is defected product since purchased and the service dept. Sumaung made us foolish. Complaint is still open we could not called cce but till yet not received any call or eng. Visit for reprair.
I will never ever go for samsung even not to suggest any one.
Even though i shared my worst experience with samsung on social site.
Please take your defected product back and redund our money. Our tell your place i send it back at your adderess.
If now you people wont be able to take any corrective action i make it fire at puble place with all this note in the presence of media. I have vedio of your service eng while filling gas, he himself leakadge the gas from from refrigate and that time electric shot also happened in side the refrigrater.
Pls do some thing asap.
