Dear sir. .we have purchased Samsung smart T.V model no 43KU6470.in the name of Preethi.T.. on 25th August 2016.Samsung service person came to install and he told the T.V is having some technical problem so we will replace or we will refund the amount. And gave me your service manager no his name is NANDAN .till the date no one from Samsung has called. .I went to Girias were I bought the T.V ..they gave me Samsung service head Anand.no he told he will get to me in a couple of days till now no calls I have received. .what should I do to whom should I contact. .please make some arange to solve my problem. .pls do the need full. .Thanking you. .Raju Was this information helpful? | |||
